The Thrill

Four decades after the movie "Jaws" , many scuba divers still fear to face with a shark. This encounter with a shark is a little possibility and the divers should forget their fears and enjoy viewing fish, shipwrecks and endless natural beauty. Renting equipment is easy, but if you buy, your equipment will  fit you better and you will be more familiar with it. And if you often do scuba diving, having your own equipment will be more economical.

The Basics

Before you jump into the water, you have read the books. That means reading about how to use the equipment and taking a  Open Water Diver Course. You can do it with an instructor or learn online. The information is invaluable; there's also a  test at the end, so don't ignore  the studies.

It costs nearly 50 pounds.

The Pool

Here's where you learn important skills, such as;

  1. how to use your equipment

  2. get water out of your mask

  3. breathe underwater

  4. how to use hand signals if there is  an emergency,

  5. learn safety techniques.
